This late harvest version of Terra Luna is slightly sweeter and fruitier than it's green counterpart. This is due to the sugars that form in the chilis as they fully ripen. We think it's great on mac & cheese, tacos, pizza, and breakfast burritos.
Ingredients: White vinegar, red chili peppers (serrano, jalapeno, anaheim & poblano), onion, garlic, lime juice & sea salt.
